Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free plan and free trial

The Free plan costs nothing and never expires. The Basic plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being charged at all.

Cancelling

You can cancel your paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. We never delete your saved ads because you cancelled; if you have more ads than the Free plan allows, you can still view and download them but not save new ones until you are under the limit.

Refunds

• If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, we will refund the extra charge in full.
• If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• Otherwise, payments for a period already used are not refundable.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Extra seats

Extra team seats are billed monthly. Remove a seat and it stops renewing; the seat you already paid for stays until the end of that month.
